We provide a service that helps you identify potential savings on your medical bills through the use of AI and assists in negotiating those bills. While we strive to provide accurate and effective services, we make no guarantees:

Payment
We are currently in a closed beta with a limited set of users and are not asking for any payment. Once we become generally available, you agree to pay OpenHand Inc. as outlined in the latest service agreement rates.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Data Privacy
Your use of our service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenHand Inc shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to any lost savings, data loss, or failure to achieve intended results.
